No Meat Week 2: Weight loss!

Well, after two weeks without meat and eating low-carb, I decided to bite the bullet and weigh myself.

I was reticent, in case the results were bad. I am definitely a pessimist when it comes to losing weight.

In addition to diet, I have been walking/using an exercise bike 30 minutes a day. Well, trying anyway.

The good news is….I’ve lost seven pounds. I’ll take it!
